Q. Do I get a package in the mail if I purchase a class?
No the classes are downloads,
no props included though most tricks require regular household
items such as coins, cards, rope....

Q. My browser can't load the videos of the class I've
purchased?
You must have Internet Explorer
as your default browser to run the classes, the link is on
the downloads page. If you have Internet Explorer but it's
not the default browser, you can cut and paste the address
link into an open page of Internet Explorer. The link is on
the left of this page.
Q. What is a zip file?
Zip files are compressed files
to save you download time. If you do not have an unzip program
installed on your computer, you can get a free evaluation
copy of PKZIP at PKWARE.
