In 1998, Richard Jacques-Griffin
founded Magicschool.net, the first completely virtual magic
school. By combining his educational background with his mastery
of the fine art of magic, Richard has created Windows-compatible
Beginner and Intermediate magic classes, easily downloaded
from our site.
Richard holds a Bachelors degree
in education and studied in a conventional magic school for
many years. This enables him to bring an intimate knowledge
and experience to this very special learning process. He played
a vital role in performing and explaining the maneuvers required
to create the amazing magical effects featured on this site.

Our Mission
Our mission is to provide magicians
with an easy tool for acquiring and developing magic skills. A good
magic performance is a gift you can share with family and friends;
it can also be a specialzed service unlike any other. Many of the
tricks taught in these instructional classes are standards in Richard's
own professional magic shows. Audience interest in magic is universal,
its impact is immediate and memorable; when well performed, a magic
performance is a fine art requiring many different components, technical
and theatrical.
